Who are we?

In August of 2020, Thu & Chris moved from Toronto, Ontario to an old school house in Mt. Horeb, Ontario. They have converted it into a space for learning, embodiment, transformation and creative expression.

Thu Nguyen is a trauma informed coach who draws on her transformative journey of adverse childhood experiences, trauma, illness and burning out to help others. She dedicates her life in service of helpers to be the change they want to see in the world as a coach, facilitator and writer.

Chris Harris is an audio engineer who draws on 20+ years of experience making electronic music and has recently graduated from Harris Institute. He mixes and masters tunes for talented musicians of all genres. He also makes audiobooks and podcasts for award winning content creators.
