Thu coaches conscientious and compassionate leaders through seasons of personal and professional transformation, holding the focus on their inner journey of self discovery, deepening their emotional, social, body and positive intelligence. She is holds a PCC wich the ICF and trained through CTI. She offers both 1:1 and group coaching.

Thu loves to share her experience and thirst for learning and healing. She hosts and co-facilitates workshops on topics such as stress & tension release, practices of TRE, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Gender Equity & Reconciliation, Deep listening, and more. She teaches weekly 1:1 and group classes in Inner Flow.

Thu hosts virtual and in-person circles and community events that amplify stillness, sharing, authenticity, creativity and kindness. For the past 4 years, she hosts a (currently virtual) circle on Wednesdays as a safe space to contemplate and connect with others.

Thu has been invited to speak at tech startups, schools, meetup groups and podcasts on topics such as Authentic Leadership, Embracing Gender Identity and Expression, Burn out, Stress, Ikigai, Diversity, Resilience and more.
