Life can be busy and stressful with our attention being pulled in so many directions. We may feel at times like we are living on “autopilot” which can have an impact on our sense of self and our interpersonal relationships. We might wonder how we can come back to feeling more present. How can we better savour moments of joy or better respond to moments of challenge or difficulty? Mindfulness can help us to learn how to be more present and self-aware so we can stay centered and remember what it is that we care about in life.
In this session we will practice mindfulness, engage in journaling and explore how we can build our self-awareness to offer us the clarity and courage we need so we can thrive in our lives, foster greater connection with others around us, and access the energy we need to create the change we wish for.
