Inviting all therapists, healers, coaches, and those who support others!
How has 2024 been for you? As one season slips into the next, year end is fast approaching. It’s so easy to overlook our own need for a moment to pause, restore, and rejuvenate. What signals is your body and mind sending now? Is it asking you to slow down?
Join us for a nurturing half-day wellness retreat, designed just for you—a haven for helpers to help themselves, together in community.
🌱 What to Expect:
Restorative forest therapy to ground and inspire you
An introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) to help release stress and cultivate resilience
Connection with like-minded souls who understand the journey - without talking about work!
Vegetarian lunch: options for silent mindful eating or with conversation connections
Time for self-reflection, rest, and gentle movement, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to recharge
