Weekly TRE® Practice

TRE® is a gentle somatic practice that helps us regulate our nervous system and release everyday tension and stress that we accumulate in our body. Learning and practicing TRE® is an effective way to regulate your nervous system, increase your window of tolerance and move from life long cycles of fight, flight, freeze towards a connected, grounded state.

Weekly practice sessions will help you consistently build your muscles and capacity for

  • surrender

  • connection with your body

  • listening to your truth

All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat and a wall and your camera on zoom should be able to have a side view of you lying on the yoga mat from head to toe.
