It’s now possible at Nusqool. We are founding members of the KinderPay pilot and joining a growing number of merchants that also deeply value kindness. You can drop into our Wednesday Heart Circle or our TRE Group Shakes by doing 3 acts of kindness and writing about it below. You can even get a song mastered by doing 3 acts of kindness.

How to Pay with Kindness

  1. Sign up for a drop-in class or heart circle

  2. Show up for your booked class

  3. You have 7 days to submit your 3 acts of kindness on this form

  4. We’ll read your acts of kindness and send you a note about how grateful we are that you participated in our pilot!

  5. Give us feedback on your experience.

 

Are you ready to pay with kindness, but don’t know where to start?

  • Be kind to others

    - Give someone a compliment

    - Let someone go in front of you in a queue

    - Think about all the things your parents or friends do for you and tell them that you notice and are grateful

  • Be kind to yourself

    - Rest if you are tired!

    - Write down the things you most like about yourself

    - When you look in the mirror, smile at you :)

  • Be kind to the planet

    - Plant a tree (see our blog section for a how-to guide!)

    - Reduce your use of plastics

    - Turn the tap off when you are brushing your teeth (every day for the rest of your life)

  • Be kind to animals

    - Put out a bird feeder in your back garden

    - Volunteer at your local animal shelter

    - Try meat-free for a while or reduce the meat you eat for a week
