It’s now possible at Nusqool. We are founding members of the KinderPay pilot and joining a growing number of merchants that also deeply value kindness. You can drop into our Wednesday Heart Circle or our TRE Group Shakes by doing 3 acts of kindness and writing about it below. You can even get a song mastered by doing 3 acts of kindness.

Show up for your booked class or series
You have 7 days to submit your 3 acts of kindness on this form for a session. If you are taking a 3 month class, please submit your 3 acts of kindness in every month of your class.
We’ll read your acts of kindness and send you a note about how grateful we are that you participated in our pilot!

- Give someone a compliment
- Let someone go in front of you in a queue
- Think about all the things your parents or friends do for you and tell them that you notice and are grateful

- Reduce your use of plastics
- Turn the tap off when you are brushing your teeth (every day for the rest of your life)

- Put out a bird feeder in your back garden
- Volunteer at your local animal shelter
- Try meat-free for a while or reduce the meat you eat for a week
