  2. Tell us about 3 acts of kindness you’ve done in the last week.

  3. You’ll receive an invoice from us for the price you named (+HST in Canada)

  4. You’re in! Look for an e-mail with the logistics and details for your session.

Are you ready to pay with kindness, but don’t know where to start?

  • Be kind to others

    - Give someone a compliment

    - Let someone go in front of you in a queue

    - Think about all the things your parents or friends do for you and tell them that you notice and are grateful

  • Be kind to yourself

    - Rest if you are tired!

    - Write down the things you most like about yourself

    - When you look in the mirror, smile at you :)

  • Be kind to the planet

    - Plant a tree (see our blog section for a how-to guide!)

    - Reduce your use of plastics

    - Turn the tap off when you are brushing your teeth (every day for the rest of your life)

  • Be kind to animals

    - Put out a bird feeder in your back garden

    - Volunteer at your local animal shelter

    - Try meat-free for a while or reduce the meat you eat for a week
