The Courage to Be Gentle

The Gentleness workshop is led by a certified coach and truth-teller, Sonia Grossi.

Sonia opens up the conversation and creates a dialogue to see and hear what gentleness means to each person and what gets in the way and shares practices and tools that support her when things are hard.

Sometimes we forget to be gentle to ourselves when we experience big emotions. Sometimes we are hard on ourselves instead. Gentleness is a self-love practice that we all can relate to knowing deep within us.

Be prepared to share your version of gentleness, and walk away with tools and practices to support your overall well-being.

Some practices and tools include self-compassion and poetry.

About our Facilitator

Sonia Grossi is a certified executive coach, trainer, facilitator and truth-teller. She currently offers in-person and virtual leadership experiences to corporate systems and organizations. Recently, she has felt the call to be more creative, to be authentic, to rest, to pause, and to play. Through her self-discovery while working for her self over the past 6 years, she is redefining her life and business all in one. She loves to share her wisdom and lessons with others as a way to connect, create trust, and to invite others to share their stories too so that we can heal together and change the world one step at a time. She has also been involved with GERI and is a facilitator for the NNI Institute outside of her professional coaching and human resources background.  Her mission is to cultivate a world of true love & belonging for every human on this planet and inspire the acceptance of individuality.

This is our third session in a really special 3 month circle where we come together for weekly for 12 weeks to learn, cultivate and integrate practices that help us access and strengthen our connection to our higher self. Each week will focus on a characteristic of our higher self: Clarity, Curiosity, Compassion, Confidence, Calm, Creativity, Confidence, Connection, Kindness, Playfulness, Persistence and Patience.

With 3 months of weekly practice you will build a weekly habit of connecting with resourced parts of yourself and leave with new tools and rituals that you can integrate into your daily embodied life.
