Embodiment Circle: Feeling Safe enough to be our True Self: Curiosity with Thu

✨ Join Thu in Session #2 and Session #3 of the Embodiment Circle for a special 2 part workshop on curiosity, safety, embodiment and nervous system regulation. Her super power through trauma, chronic illness, personal and professional transitions has been curiosity. The ability to know how much we don’t know and how much we don’t know we don’t know without panic but as an opportunity to be human, learn and grow.

She will share her experience in living into the question of “Who am I?” and her deep dive into what philosophers, eastern and western medicine, scientists, mysticism, coaches and therapists have to say about this topic. You’ll find out why she thinks its important to spend 3 months (or the rest of your lifetime) embodying and connecting with your true self. Practically you will learn about your nervous system and the ways it gets signals through Exteroception, Interoception and Proprioception. We’ll use these innate abilities to embody curiosity through practices you can return to in your daily life and your embodied leadership journey. This will prepare you for Session #3 which will be an intro to TRE® , an approachable and accessible way to release stress and tension in the body. TRE® helps calm the nervous system, brings us out of states of activation, dissociation, reactivity and increases our capacity to be present to our experience.

Join us for this one session ($33) or both session #2 and session #3 for $60 or follow along the series as an Asynchronous Member ($250) in our learning portal.

Thu Nguyen is a gentle soul, an avid learner and a super connector. She is the founder at Nusqool and the Embodiment Circle program in addition to being a multidisciplinary Coach, Healer, TRE Provider, Embodiment practitioner, teacher and writer.

She draws her lived experience of navigating burn out and chronic illnesses only to be guided by her body (+heart+mind) to transition out of a silicon valley tech startup life. She is passionate about holding space for humans to reconnect to their true self so that they find and share their authentic gifts.

Join our third cohort of the Embodiment Circle that runs Thursdays from October 31, 2024 - Feb 6, 2025 where we will connect to our true self with practices that help us get into a social engagement state of being (called the Ventral Vagal state in Polyvagal Theory) - where we are connected to our 8Cs (Creativity, Curiosity, Compassion, Clarity, Calm, Courage, Confidence, Connection) and 5Ps (Patience, Playfulness, Perspective, Persistence and Presence).

Thu will be your guide to understand your nervous system through a polyvagal lens and you’ll learn different nervous system regulation practices as well as the practice of neurogenic tremoring known as TRE (Tension Release Exercises) and ways to regulate and return to a grounded and fully resourced state of being. There will also be guest teachers along the way to connect you with the Cs and Ps.
