​Thu is a somatic coach and certified TRE (Tension Release Exercises) provider who is creating this new modality to make this effective nervous system release modality available to a wider audience through movement. She is the founder at Nusqool, a sanctuary for people going through collapse and navigating uncertainty to slow down and learn how to listen to their body.
