The Embodied Self Circle: Creativity

Embodied Creativity

Poet, and citizen scholar, erin feldman, will lead this week's circle focused on connecting to your creative higher self, or connecting creatively to your higher self (you'll get to choose). Via creative and personal writing, facilitated group discussion and dancing (yes!) we will reach for the creative fountain that bubbles inside of us. We will be silly and serious, and maybe produce a few ideas and questions that will fuel the projects we care most about. Bring a candle and materials to light it; you'll need enough open space to gently move; you will also need access to a writing digital platform (googledocs, pages, or a device that can take a clear photo of a handwritten page) and that will allow you to produce a document that can be emailed.

About our Facilitator

erin feldman is fascinated by the human condition, and works through the lens of equity and inclusion to coach clients toward clarifying their unique vision and voice. Her heart-centered facilitation inspires mindful solutions and client-defined success. Unflinching integrity, creativity, and trust in the outcomes of collaboration result in expertly crafted content, and both live and evergreen programs that guide clients through the meaningful changes they seek. erin prepared to serve clients in these ways in her previous vocations as a high school Language Arts educator, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and backpacking guide. This is our third month of workshops in a really special 3 month circle where we come together for weekly for 12 weeks to learn, cultivate and integrate practices that help us access and strengthen our connection to our higher self. Each week will focus on a characteristic of our higher self: Clarity, Curiosity, Compassion, Confidence, Calm, Creativity, Confidence, Connection, Kindness, Playfulness, Persistence and Patience.

With 3 months of weekly practice you will build a weekly habit of connecting with resourced parts of yourself and leave with new tools and rituals that you can integrate into your daily embodied life.

This 12 week program starts Thursday Feb 2th, 2023 - April 20th, 2023 at 7-8pm EST. You can learn more about the series here.
