The Embodied Self Circle: Kindness

Kindness

First we are going to practice doing an act of kindness a day from the day you sign up to the day of the circle and share some stories. We will also be practicing kindness for ourselves and kindness for others so that you can continue to strengthen your muscles of kindness in every day life.

About our Facilitator

Thu Nguyen is an executive coach, facilitator, and writer. She spent 20 years in tech as an engineer, startup founder and executive in Toronto/San Francisco. Her top value is kindness and she has been doing experiments in kindness for decades. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp. She is passionate about holding space to connect to our true self in community and runs circles and workshops from an old school house in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario called Nusqool.

 

This is our fourth session in a really special 3 month circle where we come together for weekly for 12 weeks to learn, cultivate and integrate practices that help us access and strengthen our connection to our higher self. Each week will focus on a characteristic of our higher self: Clarity, Curiosity, Compassion, Confidence, Calm, Creativity, Confidence, Connection, Kindness, Playfulness, Persistence and Patience.

With 3 months of weekly practice you will build a weekly habit of connecting with resourced parts of yourself and leave with new tools and rituals that you can integrate into your daily embodied life.

This 12 week program starts Thursday Feb 2th, 2023 - April 20th, 2023 at 7-8pm EST. You can learn more about the series here.
