Embodiment Circle: Feeling Safe enough to be our True Self: Perspectives with Clarence

In this 60-minute workshop, we’ll explore our inner world through the lens of theatre, inspired by Erving Goffman’s idea that life is a stage and we are all performers. Through visual mapping, we’ll turn memories into characters, examining which parts of ourselves take center stage and which linger in the wings. How do we feel about the role distribution? What might a cast reshuffle look like? And how else might this metaphor open new pathways for exploration?"

The Embodiment Circle, a transformative journey designed specifically for compassionate, service-oriented individuals like you to embody and deepen in your relationship with your authentic self. In this course, you will find inspiration, and practical tools to help you embrace your true self in a supportive online community of like minded changemakers.
