Discover the transformative power of gratitude in strengthening connections with yourself and others. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how cultivating gratitude can deepen relationships, foster empathy, and create a sense of belonging. Join us to learn practical techniques for integrating gratitude into your daily life and nurturing meaningful connections.

Join us for this one session ($33) or access the whole series as an Asynchronous Member ($250) in our learning portal.

Terrence is a strategist, community builder, and advocate whose personal experiences as a caregiver have shaped his passion for accessibility, inclusion, and mental health. Inspired by his late brother, who lives with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and his late mother, Terrence has over 30 years of caregiving experience. He is the Head of Global Sales Education & Operations at Braze Mobility, creator of the world's first blind spot sensors for wheelchairs, and co-author of Bold Spirit Caring for the Dying. Featured in outlets like the National Post and CBC’s Sickboy Podcast, Terrence continues championing meaningful change through empathy, advocacy, and action.

Join our third cohort of the Embodiment Circle that runs Thursdays from October 31, 2024 - Feb 6, 2025 where we will connect to our true self with practices that help us get into a social engagement state of being (called the Ventral Vagal state in Polyvagal Theory) - where we are connected to our 8Cs (Creativity, Curiosity, Compassion, Clarity, Calm, Courage, Confidence, Connection) and 5Ps (Patience, Playfulness, Perspective, Persistence and Presence).

Thu will be your guide to understand your nervous system through a polyvagal lens and you’ll learn different nervous system regulation practices as well as the practice of neurogenic tremoring known as TRE (Tension Release Exercises) and ways to regulate and return to a grounded and fully resourced state of being. There will also be guest teachers along the way to connect you with the Cs and Ps.
